At Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Inc. (RefPIC), a federally incorporated nonprofit (Corporation No. 1612970-6) and a registered Canadian charity (Registration No. 766957625RR0001), our mission is to advance the rights, dignity and self-reliance of refugees, displaced persons and host communities by delivering comprehensive services that connect urgent relief with long-term solutions. We provide education, counseling and a full range of support, including employment pathways, access to affordable housing, immigration assistance, orientation to Canadian culture and life, and humanitarian aid in crisis-affected regions. Whether working in Canada or internationally, we strive to help people move from displacement toward stability, opportunity and a true sense of belonging.

Vocational education transforms lives. Through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, we equip displaced individuals and youth with market-relevant skills that open pathways to employment, self-reliance, and restored dignity. Donations of tools and training equipment directly enable these outcomes by strengthening practical learning environments that focus on trades, technology, and livelihood development.

How Donations

Are UsedTVET tools and training equipment are used in vocational centres, mobile workshops, and employment readiness hubs across our Canadian and international programs. These facilities enable skills development among displaced youth, women, and other vulnerable groups, helping them enter the labour market or launch small-scale businesses. Modern equipment plays a vital role in bridging technology gaps and ensuring that training aligns with evolving workplace demands.

Tax Receipts and Fair Market Valuation

We issue official charitable donation receipts in accordance with CRA requirements, based on the fair market value of accepted items. Valuation may be supported by retail data, institutional benchmarks, or independent appraisals. For complex or high-value donations, we collaborate with donors to confirm proper documentation.

Donor Recognition and Visibility

We recognize donors who contribute to long-term capacity building. Contributions may be acknowledged on our website, in training reports, or through visible recognition at supported programs. Donors of complete labs, branded kits, or facility-scale installations may be eligible for naming recognition within our vocational centres or tool banks.

How to Donate

To donate tools or TVET equipment, contact us at admin@refugeecanada.org or call (437) 566-2789. You may fax equipment photos or documentation to (416) 352-5361. Skills Create Pathways. Tools Make Them Possible.

A welding machine can open doors to certification. A solar panel kit can prepare youth for work in clean energy. A refurbished lab can ignite a livelihood. Your donation of training tools builds futures rooted in skill, resilience, and self-reliance.
