About Us
Serving Refugees at Home and Across Borders

🌟 Our Vision
We imagine a world where refugees and displaced persons are not only protected, but embraced—where they are empowered to lead full, meaningful lives in safe, inclusive, and welcoming communities.

🎯 Our Mission
At Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Inc. (RefPIC), our mission is to advance the rights, dignity and self-reliance of refugees, displaced persons and host communities by delivering comprehensive services that connect urgent relief with long-term solutions. We provide education, counseling and a full range of support, including employment pathways, access to affordable housing, immigration assistance, orientation to Canadian culture and life, and humanitarian aid in crisis-affected regions. Whether working in Canada or internationally, we strive to help people move from displacement toward stability, opportunity and a true sense of belonging.
❤️ Our Core Values
At the heart of everything we do at Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Inc. (RefPIC) is a set of values that guide us—not just in decision-making, but in how we show up for people, how we collaborate, and how we strive to create real, lasting impact.
🙌 Dignity
We honor the inherent worth of every individual. Every action we take is rooted in respect and compassion—because every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
⚖️ Equity
We work to level the playing field. By identifying and challenging systemic barriers, we make sure access to opportunities is not determined by circumstance, but by need and potential.
📊 Accountability
Trust is earned. We hold ourselves accountable to the people we serve, our partners, and our donors—through transparency, ongoing evaluation, and a relentless commitment to improve.
🤝 Partnership
Progress happens when we work together. We build strong, collaborative relationships—with communities, governments, and civil society—because change is not a solo journey.
🌱 Resilience
Displacement doesn’t define people—it reveals their strength. We walk alongside refugees as they recover, adapt, and move forward, championing their agency every step of the way.
🕊️ Humanitarian Ethics
We’re guided by the principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence. These aren’t just ideals—they’re the backbone of how we operate and why people trust us.

🛠️ Our Approach
At Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Inc. (RefPIC), we approach every program, partnership, and person with a clear commitment to integrity, cultural humility, and inclusive development. We believe that real impact happens when support is grounded in empathy and designed for the people it serves. That’s why our services are practical, accessible, and centered on individual needs—helping people not just navigate change, but truly shape their futures.
We don’t work in isolation. Our model is anchored in globally recognized standards and frameworks that guide humanitarian excellence. From the 1951 Refugee Convention and its 1967 Protocol to the Sphere Standards and the Core Humanitarian Standard, these instruments help us stay accountable and responsive to the real challenges people face. We align our work with the Sustainable Development Goals, the Global Compact on Refugees (GCR), and the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework (CRRF), because long-term progress demands both local innovation and global vision.
These commitments aren’t just words on paper—they shape the way we design our services, measure impact, and build trust with every individual and community we support.
