Donate Pickup Trucks and Vans to Strengthen Humanitarian Logistics

At Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Inc. (RefPIC), a federally incorporated nonprofit (Corporation No. 1612970-6) and a registered Canadian charity (Registration No. 766957625RR0001), our mission is to advance the rights, dignity and self-reliance of refugees, displaced persons and host communities by delivering comprehensive services that connect urgent relief with long-term solutions. We provide education, counseling and a full range of support, including employment pathways, access to affordable housing, immigration assistance, orientation to Canadian culture and life, and humanitarian aid in crisis-affected regions. Whether working in Canada or internationally, we strive to help people move from displacement toward stability, opportunity and a true sense of belonging.
Reliable transport is essential to the effectiveness of our operations. Pickup trucks and vans allow us to move equipment, staff, and supplies where they are needed most. These vehicles support outreach, service delivery, and logistical coordination across a range of programs. Whether deployed in Canadian cities or international field environments, they make it possible to operate with speed, flexibility, and reach.
What We Accept
We accept well-maintained or repairable trucks and vans with valid ownership documentation and suitable for institutional or humanitarian use. Typical donations include:
• Single or double-cabin pickup trucks for materials and transport
• Passenger vans for staff movement and program support
• Panel or cargo vans for equipment, food, and supply delivery
• 4x4 utility vehicles for access to remote or difficult terrain
Vehicles should be roadworthy or in repairable condition and legally transferrable under Canadian regulations.
How Vehicles Are Used
Pickup trucks and vans play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our programs. They are used to transport construction materials, distribute food and relief supplies, move educational and medical equipment, and deliver essential items to transitional shelters, training facilities, and remote program sites. In both Canadian and international contexts, these vehicles enable us to reach locations that may not be accessible by standard means, especially during emergencies or in low-infrastructure environments. Every vehicle is deployed in accordance with our charitable purpose and is used exclusively to support program delivery and field operations.
Tax Receipts and Valuation
We provide official charitable donation receipts based on the fair market value of all accepted vehicles. Valuation is determined using recognized market sources, recent sales data, or a qualified third-party appraisal, in compliance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements.
Donor Recognition and Visibility
All confirmed donors are acknowledged on our website and in annual donor summaries. In cases where donated vehicles are used in the field, recognition may include discreet signage or branded decals, subject to donor consent and program relevance.

Your Vehicle Helps Deliver More Than Transport
A truck or van can carry more than equipment. It carries the reach, reliability, and capacity that makes meaningful service possible. Your donation helps us move forward with purpose.
