Donate Medical Equipment to Strengthen Access to Care

At Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Inc. (RefPIC), a federally incorporated nonprofit (Corporation No. 1612970-6) and a registered Canadian charity (Registration No. 766957625RR0001), our mission is to advance the rights, dignity and self-reliance of refugees, displaced persons and host communities by delivering comprehensive services that connect urgent relief with long-term solutions. We provide education, counseling and a full range of support, including employment pathways, access to affordable housing, immigration assistance, orientation to Canadian culture and life, and humanitarian aid in crisis-affected regions. Whether working in Canada or internationally, we strive to help people move from displacement toward stability, opportunity and a true sense of belonging.
Access to health care is a cornerstone of safety, recovery, and dignity. However, across many of the settings where we work, the absence of reliable infrastructure and basic equipment continues to limit the reach and quality of care available to displaced individuals. Donated medical equipment helps us establish and strengthen temporary wellness centres, mobile health units, field-based triage, and community-level clinics. These items enable frontline teams to respond to both routine and urgent health needs using safe and practical tools. Every donation expands the capacity of our humanitarian response and contributes directly to improved health outcomes in under-resourced communities.

How Equipment Is Used
Donated medical equipment is deployed to enhance service delivery in both Canadian and international programs that align with our charitable mandate. In Canada, this includes supporting non-hospital wellness stations, temporary stabilization units, counselling spaces, and community-based outreach. Globally, equipment may be used in mobile clinics, transitional care settings, and emergency field units. All items are assigned according to operational need and remain dedicated to programmatic use. No equipment is used for personal or commercial purposes.
Tax Receipts and Fair Market Valuation
Official charitable donation receipts are issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency regulations. Valuation is based on fair market value and may be supported by retail listings, third-party appraisals, or internal pricing guides depending on the nature and scale of the item.
Donor Recognition and Visibility
Donors of medical or transport equipment may be publicly recognized on our website, in program reports, or through visual identification where appropriate. Branded donations, such as ambulances or clinical units, may include name plaques or decals, subject to donor consent and field conditions.

Your Equipment Can Save Lives
A diagnostic kit can prevent escalation. A resuscitation unit can stabilize trauma. A mobile clinic can extend care where none exists. Your donation of medical equipment becomes part of the essential infrastructure that restores health, dignity, and hope in crisis-affected communities.
